The deal,
in plain words.

These terms cover your Forever Fairway membership. The Drop has its own official rules, which govern the sweepstakes.

The membership

$200 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card you provide, until you cancel. Prices may change, and if they do you will be told at least 30 days before it affects you.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your portal. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not pro-rate part months. Cancelling releases any event place you are holding and retires your number.

Refunds

If something goes wrong — an event we cancel, a review we never return, a charge that should not have happened — email chrisboyle@foreverfairway.com and we will sort it out. We would rather refund you than argue with you.

Coaching

Unlimited means unlimited: there is no cap on how many swings you send. Reviews are returned in the order they arrive, usually within two working days. That queue is the only limit, and it exists so it stays fair rather than so we can say no.

Events

Members pay no entry fee. Places are limited to 50 per stop and are first come. Give a place back more than 48 hours before the start and it passes automatically to the next member waiting; inside 48 hours we will still take you out and fill it ourselves. Turning up matters — first call at the next stop goes to members who played the last one. Published purses are guaranteed once the field is full. We may move or cancel an event for weather, course conditions or anything else outside our control; if we do, nobody is charged anything and you keep your place at the rescheduled date.

Behaviour

Golf events run on courtesy. We can remove anybody from an event, or end a membership, for abuse of staff, other members or a host course. In that case we refund the unused part.

What we are not

We are a golf membership. We are not a gambling operator: The Drop is a sweepstakes with a genuine free method of entry, and no purchase is ever necessary to enter or win it.

Liability

Golf carries risk and you take part at your own. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law.
