and why.

What we collect

Your name and email when you join; your ball number; your event reservations and results; and standard billing details, which are held by our payment processor and never by us. If you give us a mobile number it is used for event-day texts only.

Why we collect it

To run your membership: return your swing reviews, seat you in a field, put your number in the draw, and take payment. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Us, and the processors we use to take payment, send email and host the coaching space. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Deleting your data

Cancel from your portal and email chrisboyle@foreverfairway.com to ask us to delete. We remove everything except the records we are legally required to keep for the sweepstakes.
